We are fortunate to have two Humanitarian Funds, both administered by Management. One is set aside in the yearly budget. The Marie Dugan-Weisensee Humanitarian Fund was created with donations from residents (notably Marv Weisensee, who has donated a percentage of his commissions from real estate sales in the Park for years) to help residents.

It’s not charity, and without shame to get a helping hand; it’s just neighbors helping neighbors.
