Black Cat Fundraiser and Dinner

For over a quarter of a century Mar Val used to rely on this annual fundraiser to help offset expenses during the year. Now it is based on residents generously donating dessert items that are in turn sold to other residents at bargain prices.

Bakery

The legendary bakers of Marin Valley donate their masterpieces and baking specialities to sell in the event bakery. Delicious sweets are available either in singled portions to be enjoyed with the dinner or in larger quantities to be taken home.

Costumes

The Black Cat takes place the Saturday closest to Halloween, so it is the time to don your most imaginative costume and join the fun. Prizes are awarded to the outstanding male, outstanding female, and outstanding couple costume.
