THURSDAY, JUNE 25 (from Matt) — Please be advised that the POOL is reopening under special conditions, which include:
- Residents only, no guests, and, no, visiting, family a signed Waiver Use Agreement is required before using the pool
- MAXIMUM of 3 people in the pool at a time
- MAXIMUM of 5 people on the pool deck at a time.
- The spa is closed. The changing rooms and gym are closed.
- The HOL Pool Committee will be poolside this Saturday from 1 – 4 pm, with the Waiver Use Agreement form and a pool signup schedule to book your pool use time.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 6 (from Matt) — Contractors working in the Marin Valley Park must practice social distancing and wear masks while they are working. Residents, please encourage your hired contractors and labor NOT repeat NOT TO SMOKE while in the Park and not to toss a cigarette butt out their vehicle windows. This is important to prevent fires. SATURDAY DAY 4/04 (from MVEST) — Hello. Marin County now recommends wearing a face mask anytime you leave your house. MVEST has masks. One per person. If you don’t already have a mask and want to pick one up, come Saturday or Sunday from noon to 1:00 p.m. outside the clubhouse. If you cannot come then, call Bill Davis at 415-246-9289. THURSDAY 4/02 (from MVEST) — Hello. A message from MVEST: Marin Valley is doing a great job. There are no known cases of coronavirus in the Park. Marin County has new and stricter rules. This means:
1. No nonessential workers coming into the Park. No gardeners. No house cleaners. No construction workers. No visitors except for health care workers and food delivery.
2. Keep social distance of at least six feet when you leave home to exercise or shop or go to the doctor.
3. Continue to shelter in place.

MONDAY 3/30 (from Matt) — Some important info regarding meal programs available: Whistlestop serves older adults in our community and has four meal programs underway including NOURISH, where volunteers home deliver free meals for qualified seniors. MONDAY 3/23 (from Manager Matt Greenberg) — First and foremost, I hope you are healthy, happy, and practicing social distancing of six feet minimum to protect yourself and others from the spread of Covid-19. All rent payments will only be accepted by US Mail sent to 100 Marin Valley Drive. I am, available regular hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for phone calls. FRIDAY 3/20 (from Manager Matt Greenberg) — Please take the time to disinfect your mailbox to avoid the spread of Covid-19 and let your mail sit without opening for 12 hrs to be overly careful. It is worth the extra trouble.
- MVMCC will only accept payments through regular mail. No drop off payments at the clubhouse will be accepted. You can also use bill pay online to send automated checks.
- The clubhouse and gym and shower areas will remain closed to all users until further notice.
- I will be available for direct phone calls next week and will send another notice to remind all residents they can call and speak with me directly with any questions or concerns. I am available by email.
- Any of your neighbors who do not receive robocalls and want to, please email me your phone and email contact.
- Trash pickup service will continue Monday mornings.
