Laura Schepps is an excellent instructor, keeping our joints mobile, our limbs limber, and our brains busy with gymnastics of its own. With her degree in dance and experience in various movement forms, including dance, aerobics, stretch, relaxation, and the Feldenkrais method, Laura brings a unique expertise to her classes.
