HOL is organizing an affordable way for residents to have gutter cleaning, window cleaning and full-house power washing with a professional, reliable, and insured company — Brightside Marin. They are offering a reduced rate based on the number of residents who sign up to have the work done on selected dates. The number of people who sign up will determine the discount amount. The more neighbors who sign up, the lower the price for everyone. Please note: residents are responsible for payment of their own work
A sign-up sheet is in the clubhouse lobby to sign up before February 28. We’ve had 89 people sign up, and we are extending the deadline to MARCH 15.
Bright Star Marin will manually scoop out all debris, then run a hose to ensure the downspouts are all clear and running properly.
