Attached are two blockbusting documents that were presented by Bernie (Bernard) Meyers to the Novato City Council, Tuesday, April 14, during public comments.
Bernie Meyers is a two-time former Novato City Mayor, Council Member, retired attorney, and federal pro tem judge. Mr. Meyers has delved deeply into our Park history and City/Park documents and makes a compelling argument supporting the original intention of the NFA/City, which was clearly to transfer the Park to a resident nonprofit corporation once the bonds/loans were paid off in 2027.
To further support his argument, Mr. Meyers has secured a confirming letter from Rod Wood, the Novato City Manager from 1993 – 2004.
