Sunday, May is the first day of the Silver Dragon Wellness classes with Sifu Will Banuelos and Simu Susi Banuelos — a program designed for the 55+ community, focusing on safety, mobility, and empowerment while learning practical self-defense skills. The classes will meet weekly on Sunday from 3-4 pm in the Bamboo Room. $10 donation.
