The Resident Ownership Discovery Committee (ROD-C) is hosting a series of “Fireside Chats.” The last one for July is Wednesday, July 31.

These Q&A sessions are a way for residents to be in an informal setting and have the opportunity to ask questions and voice issues, concerns, and interests regarding forming a Limited Equity Housing Cooperative (LEHC). Learn about what the ROD committee is working on and the next steps in creating a LEHC here in the Park.

These sessions are for you. We see them as a great way to understand what a housing cooperative is, how membership works, and a way to understand the LEHC option for protecting MVMCC’s future from a private mobile home park owner.
