Marin Valley Cooperative (MVC) Member Meeting
Wednesday, April 30, 2025, 5:00 P.M.
A. QUORUM COUNT. For this MVC Member Meeting, a quorum is attained at the beginning of the meeting if the in-person plus on-Zoom Member Household count equals or exceeds 1/3 of the current total of MVC Member Households.
B. Approval of FINAL AGENDA (Please submit items at least one week prior to the meeting.)
C. PUBLIC COMMENT for issues not on the agenda. There is a 3-minute limit per speaker for all comments throughout the meeting. During any public comment, Board members cannot answer questions or respond. An issue raised may be agendized at a subsequent meeting at the direction of the Board.
D. NEW BUSINESS
After the item is introduced, the Board will take public comment. After the close of public comment, the matter will return to the Board for discussion and possible action.
